Upgrading Prestashop website from version 1.3 to most recent 1.7

I have an old website built on Prestashop 1.3, and I need to update it to the current version
After the update, everything should work correctly and the online store should be fully functional. Mention the word "guitar" in your proposal if you've read this. No need to install any additional modules. Also the current theme is old and won't work with more recent versions, so I'm ok to use any other theme (default PS theme is OK).
