Upgradation of the existing prestashop website in 1.6.1.5 to latest 1.7 version. -- 2

We have a prestashop site www.techbaniya.com which is in prestashop version 1.6.1.5.
We want now to upgrade it to the latest version of prestashop.
Existing theme is not suitable for 1.7 hence needs upgradation/replacement.
Most other modules are compatible with 1.7.
Few modules needs to be checked for compatibility.
Site hosted on Linode server which do not have cpanel for plesk and is SSH.
All the upgradation is to be done on a subdomain. Completely checked and then deployed.
Only those having this experience need to offer.
