Update Existing Prestashop site

Hii I have a store based on Prestashop 1.6.1.20. Built 8 Years back. I want to upgrade the site with Modern looking theme. Keeping all product URL and all website url the same as all products are very well indexed in Google.
As the site is built 7 years back. Want to give a very good front-end update and upgraded to the latest Prestashop version.
The Site has very good SEO as a lot of work done in these years in terms of SEO. Just searching the product's name comes in the top 5 and in some cases also no 1.
So should ensure that SEO is not get affected and All Url remains same.
