Transform an existing prestashop template into a responsive one

I'm looking for someone to help me transform my existing PrestaShop template into a responsive one. I do not need any design help, as I just want the existing template to be transformed. This is an urgent project and needs to be completed as soon as possible. If you have the ability to complete this task efficiently and effectively, I look forward to hearing from you! It is important that who work on this project do not change the template as we want to mantain exactly all tpl file. We need that webdesigner work on css.
