Stripe Issue in Prestashop

Hello , we have this issue
We have instal prestashop 1.7
APC Cache
Stripe official modul
When customer take order , and make payment with stripe , the order confirmed and payed .
But Customer dont get eaby email of the order and the order is not in customer backend .
Also the order dont appear in admin backend.
but in stripe the order is payed .
we have try test order with our other payments what we offer and there all is fine
