Speed Optimization prestashop

my site was opened last night. prestashop store. But it is very slow. Slow when displaying pages, and also slow on certain functions (even the simple ones)

I would need a real optimization, with test before after with GTmetrix.

I am looking for optimization of the all site. not just the homepage

the ideal would be for today
