Simplified PIM Light Implementation
Budget: €750 – €1,500 EUR
We’re looking for a Polish freelancer to help us implement a lightweight Product Information Management (PIM Light) system for our company using Microsoft 365 tools.
Our goal is to streamline how we prepare and publish products to our PrestaShop 8.x store – starting from the moment the product is created in Subiekt GT, through internal content creation, ending with import into PrestaShop.
Scope includes:
Microsoft Lists: create a structured product list with clear statuses & user assignments
Power Automate: automation of tasks, status updates, integration with Nozbe
Power Apps: build a custom form with dependent dropdowns (e.g., category → brand logic)
SharePoint: link to photos/descriptions from internal content creation
CSV/Excel preparation for PrestaShop import module (based on an existing addon)
Optional: assist in exporting legacy products from PrestaShop for tracking/comparison
Workflow includes:
Importing basic product data from Subiekt GT (SKU, name, base price, weight, thresholds)
Task assignment to content creators and validators
Automatic translation via GPT (optional in future steps)
Status-based visibility ("To Prepare" → "Ready for Presta" → "Ready for Allegro" etc.)
Requirements:
Fluent in Polish (mandatory)
Strong experience in Microsoft Lists, Power Automate, Power Apps
Familiarity with product data (e-commerce, variants, attributes, categories)
Bonus: knowledge of PrestaShop and SharePoint
