Setting up localhost with already existing Prestashop website

I'm helping a friend with his website, I'm not used to prestashop and local lost environment.
I need someone available asap (even today) to train me to setup everything.
The website already exist, I need to make css and html changes and for that I need to setup localhost.
It will be via google meet, I will have the command since I would like to learn how to do it and you would be guiding me through the steps.
