Senior developer for Prestashop

We looking for an senior developer for Prestashop 1.7.x, to making a custom theme from scratch for front-office and back-office as we want in high performance, faster and easier. and our shop is multi vendor shop and we have a module for allowing to become a seller on our website, This page should be design too as we want. and simple way and easier way. also if the senior developer have own module for making multi vendor on our website that can be install it and design it as we want. the vendor should be access to the vendor account from the specific page not in Prestashop back-office, and it should be on front website but different page and not customer page to login. and the vendor page should be professional design and easier to manage for vendor, and professional icons, amazing design. The vendor page should be available in English and Arabic languages. and when vendor write product title or product description in Arabic then it should be automatically convert to English. and put it on English language. also if the vendor write in English it convert to Arabic. and the front-office and back-office theme should be responsive, and working on every device and showing properly Desktop, laptop, phone, tablet. every screen size should be supported.
And senior developer need to make a programming for Prestashop, when adding image product the background will remove and convert it to transparent automatically and immediately when it uploaded into the product. and product images should be display same size automatically on the categories and everywhere in the front-office.
Other features senior developer need to add on our website is to create support ticket, supporting Arabic and English language, and can adding custom status, importing email message into support ticket. the support ticket should be create for front-office and back-office, and the support ticket should be have a report page in the back-office to Manager see the staff activities, to monitor replies per staff, and monitor on staff who is responsible.
Note: theme should support Arabic and English, and supporting RTL and LTR.
Senior developer skill and requirements:
1) Senior developer in website department.
2) Understanding of how Prestashop is working.
3) Front-end languages (HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, jQuery, Font-awesome, AJAX, Javascript)
4) Middleware languages (PHP, PHP OOP, Prestashop framework)
5) Back-end (MySQL)
6) Senior developer should be responsible in them works.
7) Senior developer should be not Iraqi citizen.
8) Senior developer should be loyalty and honestly.
9) Senior developer should be speak English as well, and Arabic is optional.
