Search field doesn't work in Prestashop 1.7

I use a Leo Theme and the Search bar in the top on home page doesn't work, youn can find attached some errors that I've got and that I want to fix to let my search bar work again perfectly

I'm looking for a professional who can solve this issue and upgrade the prestashop version to last release.
