Prestashop variant

Hi there! I would like to add a new variant for my products in prestashop 1.7, without affecting the customised prices. For example I have a furniture in different sizes, with different prices. I would like to add a new option for the products, for example different colors, but without affecting the price, otherwise I have to generate too many variants and calculate too many prices.
