Prestashop system issue and modules conflict

Hello,
I have two issue to solve in my prestashop 1.7.8 website. For your info, we use a VPS in godaddy
Task 1- We are having system down for no spesifc reason irregulary ( one a week ) and we have to restart server to have the service back. knowing that there are other websites on same server that runs correctly when issue happens.
Task 2- Solve a conflic between two modules.

Freelancer should give 2 month for testing before realsing complete milestone, as the first issue needs time to test and be sure it is solved.
