Prestashop store does not send email to customers.

hello i have a vps server where i have 4 prestashop stores on whm, but i have a problem one of the stores is not sending e-mail.
doors are open I don't know why the store isn't sending the emails.
I don't know how to configure smtp I use the php option even recommended by prestashop
