Prestashop: products included in the order that was not added to cart

Hi, one of my customers is facing a problem with Prestashop version 1.7.6.5. Sometimes he finds 1/2 products in the order that was not added to the cart. The total of the order doesn't include these 2 products..
I have no idea about what to do to fix this.
