Prestashop module - Courier with pickup points and extra options
- I am looking for a skilled developer to create a Prestashop module for a courier service that includes pickup points and customizable delivery options.
- The module should allow customers to track their deliveries and choose from multiple pickup points.
- I do not have any existing courier modules that need to be integrated.
- However, the module should be compatible with other Prestashop modules.
- The ideal candidate should have experience in developing Prestashop modules and be familiar with customizing delivery options.
- The module should be user-friendly and seamlessly integrate with the existing Prestashop platform.
- The developer should also ensure that the module is compatible with other Prestashop modules to provide a smooth and efficient user experience.
Requirements:
- There are more branches or subaccounts and I need to add username and password and enter the id for the subaccount in order for the tracking bill to be created on that specific subaccount. So, it needs to have a login with username and password and ID.
- If outside of delivery area (External localities), I need to have the option to set it to:
a) allow it and enter extra fee with a selection of payment methods available on the platform;
or
b) reject it.
- If a client selects a PUDO Point (box, pickup point or branch), I must have the following options:
a) force the client to pay with a payment method of my choosing from with payment methods available in Prestashop
b) leave default status
For all options & services, I need to have an option to set the shipping price.
All SERVICES type should be imported Delivery section of Prestashop. All locations should be extract as json and updated on a daily basis.
They have a solution already implemented on Prestashop 1.7.X.
The programmer needs to make it work with 1.7.8.X and 8.X.
We have a custom theme installed with custom steps for purchase. The winner of the project will be given the template so they can build and test on it.
