Prestashop missing tables and fixing them

Hi PHP gurus,

I need help with me prestashop website with fixing some tables and caching problems.
I have changed my server and imported it in new server. I have problems with:
1. Translation - when you translating from BO that not works;
2. BO product is cant toggle on and off;
3. FO when the ordering, there not going to order page and confirm it and no updates.
aand so on...
