Prestashop maintenance

We use Prestashop for e-commerce and have multiple prestashop with different domains.
All our Prestashop are managed via git, so fixes are easily pushed to different Preproduction instances and when this works correctly we push changes to the productions instances.
we are looking for someone to take care of having an uptodate Prestashop and the different modules installed as abonment in that even if there's nothing to do we still pay the mensual fee.
In case we need a new fonction or module, we discuss and write together function definition on that you give us an offer and we pay that as a plus to the mensual fee .
Are you interested by a relation as described ? if yes we offer a mensual fee of USD 300.
