Prestashop 1.7 intallation and install new theme

i need help on presta
i am explaining situation:
my presta store : magaza.sbsolar.com.tr
2 weeks ago i tried to upgrade 1.7 myself. Upgraded succesfull. After upgrade, i bought new theme and installed. Succesfull. Edited all website and published. Succesfull. We added new products. Everthing is fine. But we notice that payment credit card 3rd party module not working permanently. We tried to fix problem but we could not.
We return to classic theme 1.7. Site not worked. Developer of theme also couldnt fix problem.
Now we returned to 1.6 again. 1.6 working well. (Not: i have backup files)
So i want:
1. upgrade to 1.7
2. installation new theme (themeforest-bphMb9W2-ayon-multipurpose-responsive-prestashop-theme)
3. installation of products, orders, categories from backup files
who can do it?
