Prestashop expert for live sales web store

Hello I need an expert only on prestashop to create a site with a personalized livestream sales theme I will do wholesale live sales I would need a prestashop application for my customers during the live to add items to the basket that I propose please do not make an offer if you are not qualified for this job only on prestashop thank you.
