Prestashop 1.7 error

It seems Iam getting out of resources on my server (General error: 2006 MySQL server has gone away and also timed out error) and server team said the resource is out because probably some error is causing too many server requests. I am looking for a dev who would be able to find what is consuming too much server resources and fix it. thanks
