Prestashop 1.7.8 download/install in GERMAN (MultiShop-Version)

Dear folks: I am looking for a professional who might be able to download (some-where from) the newest PrestaShop (beta?) version, install it on my server and activate the MultiStore-System. I do expect a work of less than 30 minutes + the FTP-upload-time.
