Prestashop domain/subdomain problem

Hi, i have installed a new prestashop in a new subfolder of my main server pixelmob.de
www.pixelmob.de/_pd/sbmonline
Works, no problem.
But now i would like this shop to be found under my domain sbmonline.de
So i went to the backend and pointed the somain to the subfolder.
This works too, but the prestashop configuration now points back to www.pixelmob.de/_pd/sbmonline
There might be more changes that have to be done to the database, .htaccess etc. to make this work.
I need someone to do these changes so i can operate my prestashiop under sbmonline.de
