Prestashop create custom Hook in admin order view page -- 2

I am looking for a Prestashop expert to add a hook into the admin vieworder page.
The hook should simply display data and does not require any specific functionality associated with it. However, it should be only visible to the admin.
The Hook will display product name and a button name called order.
When I click on the buy button it will redirect me to my supplier where I will buy the product. I already have a mysql table which is mysupplier with 2 rows Product_id and Url to associate the product purchased we can do a kind of where select Url prestashop product_id = mysupplier product_id
I should have this today, and the person will have to work remotely from my computer or create the hook directly from is computer and send me the files.
