Prestashop - changes for english version translation

We want to enable english version.
Need to enter some english template translations (we have them ready in xls file, will provide if there will be required more);
Import translate product and categories titles (we have custom module for it); (export missing translations using pma);
Fix if some issues with template after language switched to english;
Adjust language switcher;
