Prestashop 1.7.8 - build a custom carousel on homepage - no module need custom code

We are building a new prestashop Prestashop 1.7.8
We do not using products, only categories, it is a content website.
We need you to build a custom carousel on homepage - no module need custom code
This carousel must be :
- in the carousel we must see 3 blocs/contents and others slides with left/right arrows
- it must be bring the content of all categories and SUBcategories (there is 3 levels)
- each element of carousel must be : image + title + FIRST 200 caracters of the description of the category
- in beginning of each category we have a SAME text <p>...</p> that you need REMOVE from carousel of homepage
