Prestashop bug fix

Fix a bug with prestashop 1778 discount calculation. We have a discount voucher and in it's options we check to exclude discounted products. In cart we add a discounted product and a full price one and the discount is applied to all cart rows not just to the full price product. We need cart calculation to be correct and discounted products to be excluded from voucher.
