Prestashop 1.6.1.24 Troubleshooting and Error Fixing

We are looking for a Prestashop expert that can fix a current issue we are experiencing on our website. We can see that customers are struggling to make a purchase as we see 3 failed purchase attempts and then 1 successful one. We also receive errors when trying to send emails to customers. We suspect this could be a issue between prestashop and our web host Go Daddy but would like to get a professional opinion from someone who is well experienced with Presta Shop and Go Daddy. We will also require at a future date that our presta shop get updated as we currently run of a older version. No chancers! Only apply if you are familiar with both Presta Shop and Godaddy!
