Prestashop SUPER EXPERT for move site to last version

Hi,
i need a Prestashop super expert to move the current customer site to the last prestashop version (now is on 1.5).
I need to migrate customers, orders, etc...
We need to keep sef urls removing the html at the end and redirecting to the new one (same but without .html)
Also need to chose the best prestashop theme, install, configure test.
I WILL CONSIDER ONLY PRESTASHOP SUPER EXPERT WITH PROVED SKILLS (THEME AND ADDONS DEVELOPMENTS)
