Prestashop 8 Multistore Integration

We are seeking an experienced Prestashop developer with strong knowledge of Prestashop 8. Our project involves merging an existing Prestashop 8 website with another Prestashop 1.7 website and setting up a multistore configuration
Key Requirements:
- Merge two Prestashop websites (one on version 8 and one on 1.7).
- Configure a multistore setup with separate logos, emails, and order management for each store.
- Ensure that the second store uses the same product catalog (not all products), while keeping orders distinct.
- Strong understanding of Prestashop modules, themes, and customization.
