Prestashop Modify Featured & New products location

I am looking for an experienced Prestashop developer to help modify the location of some featured products on my site. Currently, the featured products are located in the home page middle, but I would like to move them to center.
I'm currently using a custom theme, and I'm open to other changes or updates to the design/structure if necessary.
