Prestashop, Jumpseller and Shopify plugins for fulfillment provider

We need 3 plugins, for prestashop, jumpseller and Shopify.

Each plugin must provide a new fulfillment service, which validates stock, provides dispatch points, and generates shipping orders in a third-party system.

The plugin will execute the following functions:
- Periodically connect to an API Rest and synchronize the available stock reported by the API with the store's stock.
- During Check-out, consulting an API Rest the available dispatch points, using the product ID and the delivery address as data to obtain the dispatch points.
- During Check-out, consult an API Rest the cost of dispatch from the selected point.
- When confirming the order, reduce the stock in the store.
- When the order is paid, create via API a new shipment with the order data.
- Connect periodically to update the status of shipments.

The authentication of the plugins against the service will be done securely, the plugin must be configured with an ID and a token provided by the API controller.
