Prestashop 1.7.8 - Image problem

Hello, please answer EXCLUSIVELY if you have full knowledge of Prestashop and its configurations.
In Front Office, images are only displayed with "Friendly URLs" deactivated.
Prestashop tells us that Mod_Rewrite is not active on the server.
The provider informs us that Mod_Rewrite is activated.
The server is configured with Nginx and it will be necessary to configure Nginx.conf in the root of Prestashop.
We have also tried to delete Nginx from the server and put all operations on Apache, thinking of a configuration error in the .htaccess file ... same result.
We tried to recreate .htaccess from Prestashop ... nothing.
