Prestashop Custom Module & API's + Modify Existing Modules

Hi,
I have attached a PDF file that includes all the details of my project, please have a look and forward your proposal only if you're able to build a Prestashop module that will make API calls as well as to modify/fix existing modules as explain in the PDF document.
I require a final quote, not an estimate. I also need to know how long you will take to complete the project if awarded to you.
You must be will to work without having full access to my server or my Prestashop admin so you will have to work and test the module on your server with the same Prestashop version that I have and then I will install and follow your instructions and test on my server. Shared screen is possible and restricted access via FTP ad B/O can be arranged if necessary.
