Prestashop - Confirmed order doesnt contain the product in backend/invoice.

We have a webshop built with prestashop. Since a few days we have the following issue:
When a customers pays for a product, completes the order, we receive the order in our backend. As per usual. However, since a few days we cannot see the product in the order anymore. Not in the order sheet, not in the invoice. The price however, you can see and is correct. As you can see in the attachment.
I've upgraded some plug-ins, for example our payment provider (but i've reinstalled the older version again, didnt work).
Also what I notice: Usually when a order comes in, the default order status is 'payment complete'. Now it is 'delivered'. In settings however, we didnt select that.
We are looking for someone who can solve this issue.
