Prestashop 1.7.6 CSS and mobie speed - PageSpeed Insights improvement

I'm looking for a spec to fix CSS offsets on my prestashop and try to improve my PageSpeed Insights score.

CLS is sometimes very high and sometimes it is 0, other metrics could also be tried to improve.
The page displays differently on different mobile browsers, e.g. Chrome (rather correctly) and Brave.
Please give me offers approximating the final price. I have to pass the price to my team for approval so if the bid price and the final price will be significantly different unfortunately I won't be able to use such an offer.
Any changes we need to consult and I need backups of edited files.
This is an old version but unfortunately we cannot currently migrate to 8.x
