Prestahop Store Front-end Update

Hii I have store based on Prestashop 1.6.1.20. Built 7 Years back. I want to upgrade the site with Modern looking theme . Keeping all product URL and all url same as all products are very well indexed in Google.
As the site is built way 7 years back. Want to give a very good front end update. Not necessary to upgrade to the latest Prestashop version. The Site has very good SEO as a lot of work done in these years in SEO. Just searching the product's name comes in the top 5 and in some cases also no 1. So we should ensure that does not get affected
