PrestaShop 8 custom addon: paid form.
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
I want to make a sports event and I need to create a product that is an access ticket, and has a mandatory form with a dozen of questions. Form is submitted only if paid.
One person can buy many tickets: for friends or teaming up. There should be a selectable that says "how many participants?" And when you choose, it deploys 1 to 10 forms, maybe in tabs.
And in the backend I would need to view a table with all the answers like Google forms, and also to have the possibility to export to a CSV.

But the important thing is the backend table and CSV export.
And also, this would need compatibility in Spanish language.
