As uncertain of my PrestaShop version, I need assistance from a developer experienced with dealing with various versions of PrestaShop for a crucial API integration. The API is expected to perform specific functions, namely:
- Validating Product Data: The API should be able to inspect and verify the product data as users add items to their cart.

1) Avoid add more than 1 product references (26,56)
2) Avoid add to cart this references documents (19, 20, 21, 22) function (identification and type)
