Need help with prestashop multi-store

Hi,
Need help with PrestaShop multi-store to get both stores to show up correctly. I enabled multi-store and added the other store under default but it caused the store theme to malfunction or something. In one store everything looks good but the other store is missing, product, image slider and more. It seems like it happens only when adding the store to the default group. It has to be under the default group to share customers and orders.
