Need to build ecommerce website

Hello, i need to build Ecommerce website, i don know if use woomerce or prestashop. I need to syncro all product with amazon, ebay and other market place.
I put all product by my (self abour 15.000). I can do 80% of the job i need help for sncro and set the module.
