Need Prestashop 1.7 expert to fix permissions error/s in the cart admin

I have a new prestashop installation version 7x that is giving this error (below) when trying to access the "Catalog" section of the cart in the admin section.

I need someone who is confident they can fix the error, or if I need to just do a 'clean install' of Prestashop.
