Need to Fix Query errors Presta / Woo, no SSH access

I am seeking a freelancer to fix query errors on my PrestaShop website. Unfortunately, I do not have SSH access to the server. Log attached.

Platform:
- PrestaShop and Woo on the same hosting

Error Message:
- Database connection issue

Preferred Solution:
- Fix the current version
