Move data from Prestashop 1.6.1.10 to latest version

I'm looking for someone who can move data from a Prestashop 1.6.1.10 shop to a Prestashop of the latest version. Preferably automatic since products, customers, orders, etc should be preserved. This is a medium shop (3000 products, 1500 customers). Access to the database, shop and/or API of both shops can be set up since we host this ourselves.
