Modify PrestaShop Module for Customer Group Notifications

I'm using PrestaShop version 1.7 and I need someone to modify the ps_emailalerts module in order to send merchant notifications according to customer groups.
Key Job Components:
- **Customization:** The ps_emailalerts module needs to be edited so that it can send new order notifications to specific emails based on customer groups.
- **Customer Group Integration:** Notifications need to be sent to Retail, Wholesale, and VIP customers.
- **Email Content:** The email should contain relevant order, customer, and product details.
Ideal Skills & Experience:
