Migration Prestashop 1.7 to 1.8

I am looking for a freelancer to help me migrate my Prestashop website from version 1.7 to version 1.8. This is for an existing business, so accuracy is key. I already have existing modules and plugins that need to be included in this migration, so the freelancer must be capable of doing that. The timeframe is 1 week. The successful applicant must demonstrate experience with Prestashop and websites in general and must be experienced in migrating websites from one version to another.

We are also considering using a new template that works better for mobile. This should be quoted separately.
