Migrate Prestashop 1.7.2 to 8.X -- 2

I want a FINAL quote for the details I provide. I believe my explanation allows for a final quote; I do not want automatic responses:
I have the files for a PS 1.7.2 and need it to work on my server with PHP 8.
I need only CATEGORIES and PRODUCTS to be maintained with all their features (images, prices, description...).
Plesk access available to:
1) The files + database 1.7.2 (the website is not accessible because it does not work on PHP 8)
2) Empty space (currently installed with an empty PS 8.2)
