Looking for a team with Prestashop skills. First job : template creation based on our mockups.

We are a French webagency looking to externalize jobs based on Prestashop CMS.
Looking for "expert team" with enough skills to :
- create themes
- create plugins
- patch/edit/fix existing modules
- work as a team with shared git
- developp with pagespeed/lighthouse guidelines

First job :
- create a theme matching this design : https://xd.adobe.com/view/4fcb86e9-923a-4e48-8ae5-13919c2333e9-1a98/grid/
- LIGHTHOUSE : should be 100/100 ion "accessibility", "best practice", "seo" sections (https://web.dev/measure/) and at least 95% for "performance"
- we will provide the hosting + prestashop 1.7.x (latest version) for test/lighthouse testing + URL + FTP + admin access.
- we will provide the git repo .
- Expected delivery : zip with theme. and theme installed on the provided hosting (for lighthouse checks)

Future jobs (2022) :
- module creation
- others themes integration
