Looking for an advanced Prestashop developer

We are looking for a permanent Prestashop developer. He/she must be able to create new functionalities/modules as well as adapt other modules to our needs.
The idea is to find someone who can take care of all these matters. Improve functions, add new features, improve our eshop, keep it up to date, etc... If this person also has a high knowledge of SEO, is also interesting but not a requirement.
