Login customer error 500 prestashop and change preloader

Hello,
We encountered an issue with my client's PrestaShop website. When a customer attempts to log in, they receive the following message: "This page isn’t working domain.com is currently unable to handle this request. HTTP ERROR 500." We need to address this problem promptly.
Additionally, we're looking to change the pre-loader of the theme, but we couldn't locate the option. It's possible that the option is within the theme files.
