Issues to solve for Prestashop website

I need to do little adjustments in my prestashop website. Here you are details of the three tasks:

1- Automatic sending emails when status is changed to ( 2- CONFIRMACIÓN DE ENVÍO ) system should ( BCC to <CLIENT> and to other two emails)
2- Issue with emails authentication.
3- checking Server Log for server recurrent error.
